Learn2Ride Online Course (ages 9-12)
Learn2Ride Online is a free web-based course that helps children ages 9-12 yrs learn about basic cycling safety. Learn2Ride Online helps youth and their families learn skills to cycle safely and confidently around their neighbourhood. It can be completed at home or at school, at any time, from any computer or device with an internet connection.
StreetWise Cycling Online (anyone ages 12+)
StreetWise Cycling Online helps beginner riders [adult and youth ages 12+] gain the knowledge and skills needed to start their cycling journeys with confidence. This is an interactive course, brought to you by HUB Cycling and GoByBike BC Society. The course can be accessed at any time, from any computer or device with an internet connection. It’s estimated that it will take you approximately 1-2 hours to complete, which can be broken up into several sessions.

Go By Bike Week, previously Bike to Work Week, was started in 1995 in Victoria, BC. Soon, the Bike to Work Society was created to organize the ever-growing event. In 2021, the Bike to Work Society merged with the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition to form Capital Bike!
