Calling all Members!

It’s time for our Annual General Meeting.

2022 was a great year for cycling and Capital Bike.

Please join us at this AGM and help us vote on some important items, such as a new Board of Directors and updated by-laws. This is also a great opportunity to hear about what we worked on in 2022 and for you to let us know your thoughts and ideas for the future.

Please attend our Annual General Meeting on February 1^th at 6:30pm. This meeting is for Society Members-in-good standing. The Board will talk about the proposed changes to the By-Laws and there will be teh electoin of new Directors! Below, you can view the proposed By-laws and Board nomination package!

Members only: the meeting will be both in-person and on Microsoft teams.

In-Person: Once you register, you will recevie more information about when and where the event is happening.

Virtual: You will get a link to the Teams meeting by registering for the event. After registering, you will receive an email which includes a button to view the event. To view the event, you may need to sign in with your Eventbrite account, which Eventbrite will automatically invite you to create.
