Heart of Winter & Funky Helmet Group Rides

In honour of Winter Go By Bike Week (Feb. 6 – 12), we’re hosting 2 fun rides: The Heart of Winter & The Funky Helmet Ride!

The Heart of Winter Ride

When: Wednesday, Feb. 8th, 6-7 PM; arrive by 5:30 PM
Where: Esquimalt United Church (500 Admirals Road, Victoria)

We will begin and end at the Esquimalt United Church.
☕️Feel free to stick around for hot chocolate served in the Church after the ride. ‼️Please note this ride is geared towards riders with road riding skills and experience‼️

🔦As this is a night ride, please ensure that you have functioning head and tail lights and other reflective gear!

Funky Helmet Ride

When: Saturday, Feb. 11th, 10-11 AM; arrive by 9:30 AM
Where: Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group (1240 Gladstone Ave, Victoria)

This is your chance to get creative! Come with your helmet decorated any way you’d like. Let’s bring some light back to winter!

We will begin and end at the Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group.
Feel free to stick around for hot chocolate served in the Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group multi-purpose room after the ride.
