Downtown Victoria Bike Valet

Downtown Victoria Bike Valet

Safe. Secure. Convenient. Free.

What is it?

The Downtown Victoria Bike Valet is your trusted parking service for all micromobility devices — bicycles, scooters, ebikes, skateboards, and more. Available year-round, seven days a week, our friendly and professional staff ensure your device and any attached belongings are safely parked while you enjoy your time downtown.

The Bike Valet is provided by the City of Victoria, operated by Capital Bike and its staff.

How it works:
  1. Check-In & hand your bike to our staff.
  2. Receive a claim tag for secure tracking.
  3. Explore downtown worry-free while we keep your bike safe.
  4. Show your tag to reclaim your device.

Find us next to City Hall, right off Pandora Avenue between Government and Douglas Streets.
